Reiki is a gentle and relaxing Japanese healing system which was developed in the early 1900's by Mikao Usui. Reiki promotes balance in mind, body and spirit and promotes relaxation and well-being and helps to heal and rebalance the body's energy.

During a Reiki session, clients can expect to feel deeply relaxed and calm. Some clients have been so relaxed during the Reiki session that they have fallen even asleep!

Chakra Balancing

Chakras are the body's natural energy centres. These centres (there are 7 main chakras) can become blocked through emotional, physical, spiritual trauma. This can lead to stress, lack of energy and illness in the body.

During the chakra balancing session (which is usually incorporated into the Reiki session), clients can expect to feel very relaxed and feel an improved sense of wellbeing.

Kinesiology is firmly grounded in Anatomy and Physiology and uses gentle muscle testing to help bring the body back into it natural state of balance.

Kinesiology has strong foundations based on Traditional Chinese Medicine such as using Chinese meridians and the 5 element theories. It is a gentle but powerful non-invasive healing modality suitable for all ages.
